IAN JEREMIAH - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ian began his career in the PCB industry in 1987 with one of the original PCB manufacturers in Wales. He gained experience in all aspects of the manufacturing processes before running the Sales and Commercial side of the business.

In 1998 Ian formed his own company providing a definitive PCB procurement service, which was new to the industry. During the ensuing years he developed in depth relationships with both Suppliers and Customers alike. The company re-launched in 2016 as Blackvein Circuits continuing those close relationships and developing new opportunities for the business.

With over 32 years experience in the PCB industry, Ian believes that providing not only a wealth of technical knowledge, but also first class customer service is vital to the continuing success of the company.

DAVE SALISBURY - GENERAL MANAGER

After completing an apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering in 1978, Dave joined Penny & Giles, one of the fore runners of suppliers of electronic instrumentation to the Aerospace industry.  During his 23 years with Penny & Giles he gained extensive technical experience in both mechanical and electronic manufacturing.  Dave spent 10 of those years helping to develop the Purchasing strategy of the company.

Following his career with Penny & Giles he spent 2 years working with a major CEM in South Wales before joining forces with Ian in 2003.

Since 2003, Ian and Dave have worked together developing in depth Quality and Procurement processes fundamental to making Blackvein the successful company it is today.

JO SALTMAN - SALES MANAGER

Jo began her career in 1988 with one of the largest PCB manufacturers in the country at that time.  Spending time within a manufacturing environment gave her a sound technical knowledge in all aspects of the manufacturing processes.

During her 31 years in the PCB industry Jo has visited customers from a vast array of market sectors, understanding their industries and the specific requirements they have from their PCB supplier.

She joined forces with Ian in 2001 bringing with her not only her commercial and marketing experience, but also the understanding of the importance of excellent customer service to a supplier.  Working closely with customers and developing long standing relationships with them is an integral part of the business today.
